Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this website and its payment features. They do not replace or modify your lease — your signed lease agreement controls the terms of your tenancy.

1. Who we are

This website (the "Site") is operated by Jordan Holdings LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). The Site provides an online way for our current tenants to make rent and related payments. You can reach us using the details on our Contact page.

2. Your lease controls

The Site is a convenience for making payments. It does not create, alter, waive, or replace any term of your lease. The amounts you owe, when they are due, late fees, notices, and all other rights and obligations are set by your signed lease agreement and by applicable law. If anything on this Site appears to conflict with your lease, your lease and applicable law govern.

3. Making payments

Payments made through the Site are applied toward the balance owed under your lease.
By submitting a payment, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card or bank account number on this Site.
A payment is not complete until it is authorized and settled by the payment processor. A pending or failed payment does not satisfy a rent obligation.
We don't add a processing or convenience fee — you pay only the amount owed under your lease.

4. Eligibility and acceptable use

The Site is intended for current Jordan Holdings LLC tenants and authorized payers. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Site only to make legitimate payments you are authorized to make, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

5. Service provided "as is"

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jordan Holdings LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here limits or waives any of your rights under your lease or under California landlord–tenant law.

7. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of those third parties. Their services are governed by their own agreements.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
