Payment & Refund Policy

This policy explains how payments and refunds work when you pay through this website. It is meant to be fair and clear. Your lease and applicable California law also apply.
1. What you are paying for
Payments made on this Site are applied toward rent and other amounts you owe under your signed lease with Jordan Holdings LLC. We are not selling physical goods, and there is nothing to ship.
2. How payments are applied
Unless we tell you otherwise or the law requires otherwise, payments are applied to your outstanding balance (for example, past-due rent first, then current rent and other charges) in the order we reasonably determine and consistent with your lease and applicable law.
3. Refunds
Because these are payments toward rent already owed, payments are generally non-refundable. We will, however, issue a refund or credit in situations such as:
- a duplicate or accidental payment;
- a payment made in an incorrect amount; or
- an overpayment beyond what you owe under your lease.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Refunds related to your tenancy (for example, security-deposit matters) are handled under your lease and California law, not through this page.
4. Fixing a billing error
If you think a payment was charged in error, please contact us promptly — ideally within 30 days of the charge — using the details on our Contact page. Contacting us directly is the fastest way to resolve a problem, and it lets us correct an error before it becomes a dispute.
5. Failed and reversed payments
A payment is complete only once it is authorized and settled. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, the underlying amount remains owed under your lease, and any returned-payment fees provided for in your lease or by law may apply.
6. Fees
Jordan Holdings LLC does not add a processing or convenience fee to online payments — you pay only the amount owed under your lease.
