- Payment information: collected and processed by Stripe. Your full card number and bank account details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form. We do not collect or store your full payment-card or bank-account numbers on this Site.

- To process and apply your rent payments.
- To communicate with you about payments, balances, and your tenancy.
- To keep records required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the Site and prevent fraud or misuse.

- With Stripe, our payment processor, to complete and support your payments.

The Site uses HTTPS, and payments are handled by Stripe, which is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle.
